One of these labs had Dr Sydney Bennett & other family members plus others Syd had met hooked up to be able to see through their heads & monitor what they were doing or intending to do & everything they remember, imagine or think & or may 24/7 

All this to see what we are doing wireleessly & to use behavioural modification techniques to control our bodies from partial to fully manning the body  

From unmanned illegally monitored to partially to fully manned using different normal, detention & execution or a combination of practices
